Vision
A travel agency selling seasonal destinations: Azerbaijan, Georgia, Sharm El Sheikh, Istanbul, Antalya, Hurghada. The market moves fast, and the destination that sells this month can go cold the next. So the need was not one campaign, it was a team that could launch a new one every time the destination changed, without waiting for anyone outside.
Goal
Make the in-house team self-sufficient: build the campaign, pick the audience, split the budget, and read the numbers afterwards. And keep the designs consistent no matter which destination came next, so the account is recognisable before the name is even read.
Challenge
Two very different problems. One educational: capable people with no background in ad platforms, needing training in their own language, not Meta's. One security: the accounts were hacked and access was lost, which stops everything regardless of how good the plan is.
Approach
I trained them hands-on inside their real account, not on examples: we built campaigns together step by step, and I explained why each choice mattered, not just how. On the design side I worked as art direction and quality control: one repeatable system per destination (the place photo, the destination name in a clear type, the contact strip, the identity in its place) so any new destination could be produced to the same template and still feel like one family. The designs themselves were created by Emad Airbash, and his work is what you see in the gallery above. I also recovered the hacked accounts and handed access back to its owners.
Result
The team now launches full campaigns on its own, the accounts are back with their owners, and campaigns follow one system instead of every destination looking different. And honestly: I also handed over a long list of recommendations for the next stage, and I do not know how many of them were implemented. What I can vouch for is that the team can do this themselves now, which was the point.
